GBX Panels and Gateways:	Custom-designed operator interface panels for Allen-Bradley/ Stromberg paper machine drive systems and communications gateways between different industrial control systems. GBX-960 Operator Panel
Drive System Control Products:	Design and manufacture of control products for variable speed electric motor drives for processes such as papermaking machines, augmenting the capabilities of programmable logic controls (PLC), distributed process control systems (DCS), and variable speed drives (VSD).
Network Interface Cards:	Printed circuit boards designed for connecting variable-speed drives to proprietary industrial control networks.
Modem Mezzanine Cards:	Designed a "mezzanine" printed circuit card to extend the life of client products. These new cards use modern ICs as a substitute for older designs in a pin-compatible fashion.
Three-phase Power Pole Tester:	These testers are designed for verifying the correct assembly and wiring of three-phase SCR power poles (used in soft-start motor controls). Each device consists of four micro-controllers connected via I2C inter-integrated circuit bus. One micro-controller serves as the master, responsible for coordinating the slaves and reporting the test results on a 2X20 character LCD. Each slave has six channels of transistor switching matrix to apply test currents and 8-bit analog-to-digital conversion to measure resulting voltages.
Water Softener Control:	We use 8-bit micro controllers with in-system programmable Flash memory, a 3:1 multiplexed liquid crystal display and a pulse-width modulated DC motor control. The controls are capable of repeatedly positioning the valve piston to within 0.005: over 1.000" inch travel while applying 100 pound thrust. The software encompasses 24 distinct operating sequences, with 40 distinct display modes.
Industrial Control Network Interface:	These feature PCI interface cards using a 32-bit embedded processor and a field programmable gate array for large industrial controls companies.
